The 5-step Quick Start Guide

The Encharge Quick Start guide is your best friend if you're new to the platform. We highly encourage you to complete all of the steps in order to learn how Encharge works.

If you're already familiar with Encharge just click the "Close tutorial" link at the bottom to exit the Quick Start and enter the app. Don't worry, you can always access the Quick Start guide by clicking on your profile name > Quick Start

The Encharge Navigation

When you enter Encharge for the first time you will arrive at the Dashboard screen.

At the top of the screen is the main Encharge navigation that consists of:

  • Dashboard – an overview of Email Engagement metrics and people's Activity stream.

  • Flows – a list with all marketing automation Flows in your account.

  • People – a list with all People and Segments in your account.

  • Emails – a list of all Emails in your account.

  • Metrics – Flows and Email metrics.

On the right we have:

  • Upgrade button — upgrade your trial account from here.

  • Getting started progress bar — that indicates the next step in your onboarding process. Clicking on this button will take you to the right step in our Quick Start Guide.

  • Your profile button

Clicking on the profile button opens a dropdown that reveals the following navigation items:

  • Product Feedback – our feature suggestion platform.

  • Import People – a list of your latest people imports.

  • My Apps – a list with 3rd party integrations.

  • Plan and Billing

  • Email Settings – custom domain for email sending.

  • Site Tracking – your website tracking code and settings.

  • Form Tracking – connect forms on your website with Encharge.

  • Quick Start –access to the Quick Start guide.
